How the Purchase Works
Verbal Reservation
Once you decide to proceed with the purchase, we will reserve your chosen unit for 48 hours.
Preliminary Purchase Agreement
Within three business days of signing the agreement, a deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required. The remaining amount to reach 20% must be paid within the following three months.
Purchase Agreement
The final 80% of the purchase price is due upon signing the purchase agreement, either through a mortgage loan or from your own funds.
Unit Handover
The estimated handover of the unit is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
